Got the correct <URL:http://release.debian.org/squeeze/rc_policy.txt>
on IRC.  I agree that this required is in effect, and I believe it is
fulfilled by our packages.

This is where we disagree.  I believe this interpretation is wrong,
and unreasonably limit the kind of functionality one can provide in
Debian to the one also provided on kfreebsd and hurd.
