Did you add the 2nd ltspserver to host netgroups as decribed in http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Lenny/GettingStarted#MachineManagementwithlwat ? The typical sympton is a user can log in, but has no home directory, thus the kde session fails... cheers, Holger
