when trying to install debian-edu squeeze, i usually prefer to download the
netinst cd image, and use an http proxy to cache the downloads.
the sad news is that the debian-edu installer silently ignores the
mirror/http/proxy setting specified at the boot prompt, wasting time and
bandwidth... :(
