Hi, I've been using KDE4 on a Terminalserver successfully for about 2 years now. It's currently the Lenny release with KDE 4.3 backports from debian-desktop.org.
Not sure what your definition is, but this TS serves 22 TCs without problems. I can't judge the performance of a squeeze TS though. Regards, -- .''`.
