https://cfengine.com/forum/read.php?3,20392,20419#msg-20419 I got the heretical idea of replacing my NIS infrastructure (still not eduified) with some primises on cfengine3. I'll probably do it in the next. I guess it would be possible to replace LDAP with a well written series of promises, removing one daemon on the tjener... After NIS/NFS, Kerberos LDAP NFS, Kerberos Hesiod AFS, we could have Kerberos cfengine NFS (or whatever).
