Thanks. I uploaded it to wheezy-test. But it change the behavoir of the proxy setup system to no longer allow the WPAD URL to be replaced in /etc/debian-edu/config. I believe this feature is used at least at one large site, and thus would like to keep the ability to specify the WPAD URL in /etc/debian-edu/config.
