[Wolfgang Schweer] > The proxy setting hook scripts expect dhclient to run.
Perhaps it is better to handle the LTSP proxy setting the way resolv.conf is handled, by copying it from the LTSP host environment to the LTSP chroots? This way dhclient do not need to run on LTSP clients. Why did you pick the implemented approach over alternatives? When resolvconf update /etc/resolv.conf on the server, /etc/resolvconf/update.d/ltsp-chroots take care of updating the LTSP chroots too. We could do something similar in /etc/dhcp/dhclient-exit-hooks.d/wpad-proxy-update. -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
