I gave this a go with the rsynced file from ftp.skolelinux.org::cd-wheezy-test-amd64-i386-netinst/debian-edu-amd64-i386-NETINST-1.iso, and ran into the same problem. Checking /var/log/syslog show that the debian-edu-archive-keyring package version 2013.03.15 is installed. Is the key in that package no longer enough to install from ftp.skolelinux.org?
