Yes. Fix commited.

I investigated, and the [ -d /run/systemd/system ] test do not succeed
when the init-ltsp.d code is executed. I believe it is created when
systemd is started, so I guess systemd is not yet running at that
point.
I'll find another way to detect if systemd is used.
