It is also configured in Kerberos, and both need to accept the
passwords. I checked
/usr/share/debian-edu-config/tools/kerberos-kdc-init, which have this
statement:
kadmin.local -q "addpol -minlength 5 users"
It seem to set the minimum length to 5 too. :)
