Anyway, the problem now is that I have a good password for the cn=gosa-admin user that works with ldapvi --ldap-conf -ZD '(cn=gosa-admin)' but inserting it into gosa.conf doesn't allow any login. If you are right about the sentence above, I should find out which hash is needed, maybe SSHA ?
