not? aka don't do this. (You can reconfigure /etc/pam.d/ to shoot yourself in
the foot like this, but I won't recommend this.)
To achieve something similar I would suggest to configure login without
passwords for such users. This has (pretty much) the same security effect :)
How to do so, depends whether you use kdm, gdm or lightdm, but they allow
support passwordless logins.
