are either user- or developer-specific. Let's move the user-specific HowTos 
over here (and delete them over there)! (But first ask the authors (see the 
history of those pages to find them) if they are fine with moving the howto and

FIXME: this has changed in 2016… there is the libdvd-pkg package in contrib 
now (also in jessie-backports) which can be used to build libdvdcss and which 
makes adding the debian multimedia apt repository moot. Someone should describe 
here how to use it…
