Feedback on gosa2 mass-create user function

Hi folks,

I’m using the gosa2 mass-create user function to create user accounts. It
works well!

I also noticed that teachers can create new student accounts, which is a
nice feature.

I currently miss 2 things:
- Force password change function upon first login
- Customize password rules
