artwork for Debian Edu Buster is still missing because a decision about the Debian 10 (Buster) theme is still pending. We need to get along because (as opposed to desktop-base) a new binary package is needed (just like debian-edu-artwork-lines and debian-edu-artwork-softwaves) for Debian 9 resp. Debian 9. As this takes time in the NEW queue and also time for proper testing, a theme unaware package name seems to be sensible. For now artwork could be based upon one of the proposed themes as available here: https://wiki.debian.org/DebianDesktop/Artwork/Buster Once a decision has been taken, the theme could be replaced.
