The desktop-base theming package nowadays ships two background images
for login managers: desktop-base/<theme>/login/background.svg and
background-nologo.svg (same folder).
The Arctica Greeter (used in Debian Edu MATE) uses the
background-nologo.svg variant and currently has not background images
when used with any of the debian-edu artwork themes.
To make debian-edu-artwork-* packages be fully / more compliant with
current desktop-base versions, a background-nologo.svg files needs to
be provided aside with background.svg.
This applies to all themes of the debian-edu-artwork package.
