Is bookworm good for tjener?

Hallo,
I have a new server for our computer lab based on debian-edu. I already
used bookworm for the clients, is it good/safe for the server too? Or
should I install bullseye on server?
I already made a test with bookworm and I found some difficulties for
migrating ldap data to the new server (to recover users login/password) but
I found difficulties.
Have you got suggestions for that?
