This e.g. assures that libpam-krb5 becomes available on installed systems with Minimal profile. Without this PAM module, user login fails on Minimal profile installations. The idea of the tasks/networked meta package / tasksel task is that all requirements for clients on a Debian Edu network get installed. This includes the Minimal installation profile (as it is intended to be used for non-desktop installation on a Debian Edu site). This change will also lead to network-manager being installed on systems configure as "Minimal" Edu machines. This is intended.
