On recent Debian Edu systems, there are many message in systemd's
journal / syslog referring to /etc/netgroup not being found on the
system:
"/etc/netgroup: No such file or directory"
These messages should be silenced, ideally by creating an empty
/etc/netgroup file (so people can populate it later if they want).
