I had the same issue, but I kinda ignored it O:-) My guess is that eeepc-acpi-scripts do detect that powersaved is running, and it does nothing; then powersaved either doesn't capture the event, or fails to suspend the system. > I've noted the problem in suspend.sh in the TODO.
