Looking at some headers of the messages here on

comparing that to [email protected] we note the
latter uses a better required=4.0.

The main problem for debian-eeepc-devel is that even though it sets a
looser required=5.0, it does not act on that... the spam is just filtered out,
then thrown back in to the same stream. It goes through the trouble to
filter, but then ignores the results. See
