I never tested it, no. And imho, not worth worrying about at this point. I just found it interesting. It's somewhat discouraging that with Squeeze right around the corner, 2.6.32 is not in better shape for Eee PCs, though. The acpi_osi hack is bad enough without all of these other little issues.
