Control: severity -1 important

Hi Andreas, 

thanks for the feedback and the hint how to ignore this error :)

After done that piuparts completes without error.

So I downgrade this bug for the time being to important, because the
question if eeepc-acpi-scripts needs really to be started at runlevel S
remains open...
