Except for http://bugs.debian.org/204376 My opinion is that this package shouldn't exist. I would fold the code into the mailutils-mh package as /etc/emacs/site-start.d/50mailutils-mh.el Also not that this new version of MH is still under construction and doesn't work with the standalone mh-e package.
