Hi Gang; I created #debian-emacs on irc.debian.org (oftc). In immediate terms I want to use this to coordinate work on emacs addons packaging at DebConf [1], but it could also serve as (possibly less noisy then #debian-devel) location for Emacs on debian related discussion in general.
