ARM cross tools installed on buildd

I successfully installed the ARM cross tools from 
http://zigzag.lvk.cs.msu.su/~nikita/debian/

If someone wants to supply a list of packages, I will chip away and 
hopefully have a functional buildd in a reasonable time period.
