Yes,
i too was misled by the command given at the very
bottom of the page.

:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/emdebian.
The module name is emdebsys.

i think this will work out ->

-d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/emdebian
 co emdebsys
