Hi Nikita, I've today discovered a problem with dpkg-shlibdpes and strip because LD_LIBRARY_PATH is deleted. The problem occures while using fakeroot by calling dpkg-buildpackage -a<arch> -rfakeroot. By default /usr/lib/fakeroot is set in LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Without the build process failes due to missing libfakeroot* library.
