I'm now using the hd-images from: http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/Debian5.0.6/main/installer-i386/current/images/hd-media/ ...and the ISO from: http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/5.0.6/i386/iso-cd/debian-506-i386-netinst.iso ...and still no menu.
