I have never done this myself, but according to The LaTeX Graphics
Companion something like
dvips $file -h aurora.pro -h magenta.pro -o $file-magenta.ps
should do the trick. It uses the aurora package, I couldn't find it
in debian so you might need to get it off CTAN.
(and do similar things for cyan.pro, yellow.pro and black.pro)
