Hi all ! I am using debian for my day to day work on my notebook and switch my gateways os to debian, too. I'm using a dsl-modem to connect to the internet and attached that to eth1. After starting the pppd I have the device ppp0, of course. My question is should I consider ppp0, or eth1 as the outgoing device for my iptables firewall/masquerading setup ?
