I am using Shorewall 1.4.2 based on IPTables 1.2.7a I am not too familiar with linux yet, sufficed to say I was able to get enough information to Install Debian Woody 3.0 r1, and basically with the use of Aptitude, get mySQL, Apache, PHP4 and Shorewall up and running.
So my linux box acts as a firewall and a router to my Windows box. I would like to be able to limit the speed of users download (or my upload capabilities). How can I do that? Any help is appreciated. thanks.
