I used to get annoyed, but this procmail filter helped:
:0 * ^Subject: (un)?subscribe([[:blank:[EMAIL PROTECTED])?$ .Junk.Spam/
It filters these types of subjects: "subscribe", "unsubscribe", "subscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED]", and "unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED]", but not replies to those messages or forwarded copies.
