Load Balance with iptables

Hello, 

I am using this line as a squid load balancer, but it only redirects clients to 
the 
first IP and never to the second……

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -s 10.0.0.0/8 --dport 80 -j DNAT --to-dest 
101.100.100.9:3128 --to-dest 101.100.100.10:3128

The man page of ‘iptables’ say that this should work….. What I’am doing 
wrong????
