Don't worry about them. If you block 0.0.0.0/0, you block everything. Those requests won't go anywhere because they don't route anywhere. If you get stuff like that, it's a forged packet and unless you get a massive amount of them, ignore them. If you get enough to cause a denial of service, then you should contact your ISP for help.
