Gnaaa, scratch that. -ENOCAFFEINE .so files are system libraries. You need either a kernel module (/lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/net/netfilter/xt_connlimit.ko) or the option has to be hard-compiled into your kernel. Check your kernel configuration with the zgrep command I mentioned before.
