Bug#247791: libgcj4: want library split into graphics and non-graphics parts

When installing a command-line tool (trang) on a headless server, I was
suprised to learn it brought in X dependencies.  If there is some
way to split the X dependent portion of the gcj runtime into another
library, it would be useful.
