Thank you for reminding. AFAIK cross-configure problem was fixed by upstream, somost likely this debian patch is just not needed any longer. There are some more things to port from gcc-3.3 package, that currently should be able to build cross-compilers for all debian targets. I don't have access to my work environment currently. As soon as I will be back home (about aug 17), I'll update cross-compiler building stuff and send patch to Matthias.
