Bug#347808: please configure gcc-3.4/gcc-4.0 on i386 with --with-arch=i486 --with-tune=i686

Hi.

Today defaults on ix86 are a little bit different:

gcc-3.3 -march=i486 -mtune=i686
gcc-3.4 -march=i486 -mtune=i486
gcc-4.0 -march=i386 -mtune=i686                 

Please, could you synchronize it.
