Hi folks

note that current version in testing still reports only GPL-3, 
the double licensing is available since months, but never released
as a new tarball. So I'm going to override debian/copyright and
point the upstream tarballa about that. I'm not sure if that does
suffice.

Yes, I confirm. EPSILON has double licensing: GPL-3 and LGPL-3.
