This is a known issue, see osgearth bug: #725383, and the related openscenegraph bugs: #720816, #722674 & #729289. Once the fixed openscenegraph package is in unstable, which should be built against libgdal1h, we can rebuild osgearth and qgis. Unfortunately progress on the openscenegraph front is slow due to the lack of feedback on the 3.2.1-rc1 release.
