I chose to rename the netcdf-cxx-legacy library package to libnetcdfc++4, that matches the SONAME and keeps the package name as it is with the existing package. We only need to add Breaks/Replaces on the << 4.2 version because the library is now built from a different source package. It's probably a good idea to improve the package description synopsis to include -3 explicitly.
