Unfortunately no. It can take several month before a packages gets
reviewed in NEW. NEW processing has sped up in past few weeks, so
hopefully sfcgal will be reviewed soon.
It's kind of annoying if you put a lot of work into a new package only
to
make it starve in the new queue for weeks.
Agreed, the lengthy delays caused by NEW processing are discouraging.
There is not much you can do except patiently wait or prod an FTP master
for review.
