With the recent changes to the Debian GIS Policy the 'Packaging with Git' section is now complete. It now includes documentation for uploading the package to mentors and ftp-master in the 'Packaging walkthrough', and the subsections Branches, Patches & Removing packages are no longer TODO. Only the 'Packaging with Subversion' section needs to more information about its deprecation and the move to git.
