The changes to OGRSQLiteFieldDefnToSQliteFieldDefn() suggest an ABI break which
is not appropriate for a stable update.
It's also unclear how this affects the reverse dependencies of gdal.
Since you've already fixed the issue, I'd just chuck the updated package in
your local repo and call it a day.
