glib-config: Any body can help me?

Hello!

I installed Debian 2.2 Potato on my laptop.

It seem to work find.

But when I tried to compile GNU cash on my laptop, It showed me that I don't have 
glib-config. I defintely installed libglib package.

I installed that package again but it still doesn't generate glib-config script. 

Does anybody know solution?
