After debian/patches in the cvs is cleaned up, we ought
to take a minute and review the remaining patches. In particular
to identify if any of those patches are deemed worthy of
glibc-2-2-branch and see if we can get them in. Not so much
for glibc-2-2-branch itself, but to make sure they are in the
trunk for glibc 2.3.
