Yes. It's broken. It should be fixed in -opt.  This change is intent
to build and install glibc package again successfully.

BTW, do you think about releasing -opt for i586/i686/sparcv9 in
glibc-2.2.9x-1? I don't know there are still any reasons to keep them
away.
