Hello Is there any way to make jdk 1.3.1 to work with the new libc? Maybe some hack?
Currently, it fails with the following message: Error occurred during initialization of VM Unable to load native library: /usr/opt/sun-jdk-1.3.1/jre/lib/i386/libjava.so: symbol __libc_wait, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference jdk 1.4.1 does work, but there are some important applications (most notably, Borland JBuilder 7) that don't work correctly with jdk 1.4.1 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
