This problem is fixed in debian sid (2.3.1-* or above), I think.  I
would like to close this bug.  However, new debconf locales interface
does not provide [EMAIL PROTECTED], or de_CH.ISO-8859-15.  Is it useful to
provide de_CH.ISO-8859-15?

BTW, you have to report under LANG=C, because I can't read
German, so I don't understand what error message was displayed.
